Written by François Victor Alphonse Aulard, the first professional French historian of the French Revolution and of Napoleon. Translated by Lady Frazer, a British historical author and translator. In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with minor bumping to the extremities and the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot. Light scattered spotting and age toning to the endpapers. Very Good
