Dark green half-leather over paper boards with gilt rules, lettering and illustration to the spine, top edge gilt. Four raised bands to spine, five compartments. Lovely marbled endpapers. Rubbing, edgewear to the paper boards, the leather spine in remarkable condition. Neat ink inscription to the ffep, a touch of occasional foxing confined to a rare few pages. Otherwise, the contents remain overwhelmingly clean, and unmarked with tight, sound binding; very good+.
