A very good book INSCRIBED on the front-endpaper, 'To Miss Oxenham/with best wishes for Christmas/from Elinor/Christmas 1935/. In a very good internally repaired dust wrapper with chipping and wear to the spine tips and corners. Elinor Brent-Dyer and Elsie J. Oxenham were influential British authors known for their contributions to children's literature.
