Evidence of water damage to the rear cover, top edge of the page block, and last few pages, although oddly enough, no serious rippling to the pages. There are some tears and losses at the extremities of the dustjacket that is now encased in a Mylar sleeve. The previous owner's discreet circular red stamp remains on the front paste-down. 275 illustrations, some in color, showing Warhol at his arguably most playful and accomplished..

Pages tanned as usual, otherwise a very good hardback in an edgeworn jacket that has some laminate lifting to the top of the front panel and some minor spots of loss at the extremities with a tiny hole at the front joint. The dust jacket is in fair condition. Vertical creases extending the length of the front panel and flap. Two inch piece of the front panel missing at the top edge. Three two inch closed tears to the front panel with one tear at the back. The original price of $19.95 is present on the front flap. The book is in near fine condition. The orange cloth boards are bright with crisp edges. The interior is gently toned, clean, unmarked and complete. The binding is sound. The jacket is not price-clipped and still has the $19.95 price until December, thereafter $22.95. Clean inside and out, but red remainder mark on bottom page-edge. The text pages are browned as usual, but the illustrations, both in color and black & white are free of marks. 11" high X 9"wide. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra.
