Title page (limitation statement on verso) , Foreword (verso blank) , and the five stanzas of the poem printed on both sides of three leaves (the fifth stanza's leaf is blank on the verso, except for a device depicting a rampant lion in silhouette, final leaf entirely blank. OCLC: 27211002 The Foreword explains that the poem was composed by Eugene Field on October 19, 1895 and that the author died November 4, 1895. Printed stapled self-wraps with the title on the front & a vignette of Willie seated backward on a rocking chair printed on the rear wrapper. 8 pages, including the wraps, with the text printed in black and decorated initials in salmon. There is a tiny tear to the leaves at the top and some minor soiling. Very good. Field's verse about his little boy Willie who "Cuddled close beside me when / He used to wet the bed".
