Sydney: Angus and Robertson, 1944. xiv, 146 pp. Octavo. Blue cloth binding. Gilt lines and lettering on the spine. Trimmed edges. Top edge is lightly foxed. Inside, this volume is clean and tight, interleaved with blank papers intended for notetaking. Includes thirty two pages of black and white plates at the rear of the book. This volume was previously owned by Rear Admiral George Steven Ritchie (1914 â 2012), who was known for his hydrographic and cartographic work. The book has been signed to Ritchie on the paste down by the author, "To Rear Admiral Steve Ritchie with sincere good wishes." Lieutenant Commander Andrew David was also a previous owner. Their bookplates are on the front end papers. 1944
