An interesting discussion of everyday colonial life from a variety of primary sources materials illustrated with drawings and maps. Bound in blue cloth stamped in gilt, spine lettering gilt, endpapers are maps corners lightly bumped, fading to head, in dust jacket which is slightly shorter than book (?) small piece torn away at head, old clear tap mends to folds.

From the private collection of noted Americana book collector/dealer, Horst K. Joost. In near fine condition. No ownership marks/writing present within. Hinges tight, pages bright. Light edge wear/bumping to the dust jacket (now protected under a removable mylar sleeve).
