One copy located on OCLC (National Diet Library, Tokyo). 15 folktales and oral legends collected on the island of Innoshima, located within the Geiyo Islands of the Seto Inland Sea (Hiroshima Prefecture). Includes some anecdotes associated with the Murakami Pirates, renowned for their bravery from the Muromachi period (1336-1573) and the Sengoku period (1467-1568). These tales, translated here by Kazumi Taguchi, are mainly from a collection edited in Japanese by local school children with assistance from senior citizens.
