Washington: Government Printing Office [Library of Congress], 1906. The Library of Congress copy? Near Fine condition. Square and tight. This 1906 first edition is RARE, especially so in condition as nice as this, since most copies went to libraries. This copy has NO stamps, numbers, or other library indications but for a loose "The Library of Congress 1800" bookplate laid-in. At the back of the bookplate is a little glue residue that appears to match a small glue residue shadow on the book's front pastedown endpaper. Bound in the original green cloth. Gilt stamping is bright and shiny. Cover is lightly rubbed but still has much of its original new book gloss. PHOTOS UPON REQUEST. Corners are NOT bumped.
