Attr. paste-down on front cover. Hard to see sticker pull front cover, a few small chips lower front bottom edge, wear at corners, a few stray pencil marks back illus. bd. No names, bookplates, scribbles etc. Nice white paper. Lovely detailed and fascinating illustrations -- our favorite is a full-page illus. of a cat being overrun by 3 friendly squirrels. Collectible condition!
