The dust jacket is quite worn with many chips and tears. A 2" piece missing from the upper spine, affecting the title. Soiling and some staining. Near fine in a good dust jacket missing a one-inch piece at the spine, including the word "the" of the title and with a surface scar at the base of the spine that removed the authors' names.
