The folder is decorated with a market scene to flaps, and a forest scene to inside surface; acorn decorations to front and rear of booklet, frontispiece of Robin Hood and Little John, title page illustration of trumpeting archers, devices of Robin Hood's adventures to beginning and end of text, and eight pages of characters and set pieces - all in limited palate of green, brown, and black. A near-very good book, unused, with splitting and fraying starting at spine tips, and two-inch tear to front joint. Early gifter's inscription, and previous owner's name inked to cover of booklet.
