Marcella Spann Booth was Ezra Pound's assistant in the late 1950s. As a student, she asked to meet Pound while he was incarcerated at St. Elizabeth's Hospital and later accompanied him to Italy with his family as his secretary. She later became a Professor in the Department of English at the University of Connecticut. Black cloth with dustjacket. Some minor persistent dustiness to the covers, firm binding, clean pages with a few scholarly notes in Booth's hand in the text.
