Original dark green cloth with black printed and gilt design on front cover & spine, A nice set.; 250 x 180mm .

Illustrated with many diagrams in the text and twenty-one tinted plates, along with a folding coloured dissectional plate to the front pastedown of each volume (collated, complete). Complete in three volumes. In decorative green cloth bindings. Externally, smart, though with some bumping, fading to the spines, and a few marks. Internally, generally firmly bound although volume I is a little strained. Pages are bright, and generally clean, with just a few handling marks and some instances of foxing. Very Good Indeed
