Inside the odd bit of foxing, a few old water stains and a little chipping to a few page edges, otherwise in very good condition

Samuel Taylor (1749 1811) is best remembered as a prominent London stenographer who devised a popular system of shorthand, the manual of which went through many editions and languages.
