Copy number 15 of a limited printing of 975 printed by the Argonaut Press on Japon Vellum. The book is bound in blue cloth covered boards over Vellum spine, ribbon marker, and all edges uncut. After the appreciation by Temple, the text contains selections from contemporary accounts of Drake's circumnavigation. The original document has been lost and accounts by others is what remains. This copy is very good with some sunning to the top board in L-shape. Please see accompanying photograph. There is also light soiling and wear, mainly to the edges.
