Description:
Garden City, NY: Garden City Publishing Company, Inc., 1927. 1st Edition . Hardcover. VG-. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, signed by the author on the front end page. Blue cloth boards show scuffing and soiling along with edge and corner bumps/wear. The rear board has a dent the bottom edge and a couple whitish spots near the center, spine is mildly faded. The internal binding is good, no hinge issues. No other handwriting other than the authors signature, no bookplates, no library markings. The title page has a tear the top edge/right side which measures just over one half of an inch. The illustrated end pages and pastedowns show some light scuffing and toning along with foxing spots. The text pages appear clean.
