Duel moracco and goat spine label with 'Michael Wilcox' stamped in gilt. Handmade leather headbands. Stamped by the binder on the rear pastedown 'Don Etherington'. The book is housed in a custom cloth-covered boards clamshell box with a leather spine label with the title stamped in gilt. An overall spectacular binding.
