International Textbook Company 1899. This volume only, super octavo hardcover (VG); all our specials have minimal description to keep listing them viable. They are at least reading copies, complete and in reasonable condition, but usually secondhand; frequently they are superior examples. Text is unmarked and clean other than some foxing throughout. Binding is worn around the edges with small chips out of the top and bottom spine. A section of the leather on the spine has a closed tear but is attached to one side of the spine. Numerous illustrations, diagrams, and mathematical formulas included. From the Preface, "These volumes have been compiled for those who desire to qualify themselves as Building Contractors. The ability to make and read plans is indispensable to all who wish to advance beyond the ranks of the tradesmen..."

Very Good+: Shows mild wear to the extremities; a tiny break in the leather at the upper front corner tip; some faint scuffing to the panels.
