Dallas, TX: K8 Communications, 1987. 1st edition. Hardback. Quarter bound in brown leather with gold decoration to front and gold bands and lettering to spine. Quarto. [xviii prelims] 177 pages. Numerous b&w (and a couple of colour) illustrations within the text. Signed and inscribed by the author on the front flyleaf: "To my good friend / Richard Hill / Thanks for your help / on the photos / Bill Gary". Good. Some wear to the spine ends. Gold decoration on the front board has a few scratches; spine lettering rubbed; a couple of faint marks to the back. Page edges tanned and dull, particularly along the top. Endpapers also rather tanned; previous owner's small stamp to the reverse of the front free endpaper.
