We aim to describe our products as best we can. Occassionally we make mistakes, we are human. Shipping Guidance: We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Returns: If you are not happy with the product you receive, for any reason, please return for a refund. Buyers pays return postage. Return address at bottom of web page or on invoice/shipping note. Please note refunds will be processed within 1-2 Business Days of receiving the returned item and will appear in your bank account when processed by the financial institutions involved, please note in some cases this can take up to 30 days. This duration is outside of our control. Please note if you do not include insurance in your shipping then no claim for damage during shipping can be made. NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note for international orders you will have to pay any duty due on your order. This will be charged and collected locally, it will not be added by us during your order process. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to manage the complexities of international sales tax.
