London: Cassell Petter & Galpin [circa 1880s]. (Hardcover) 480pp. Very good, no dust jacket. Pebbled cloth over leather spine and corners, the spine in compartments with title and decoration in gilt. Map endpapers, profusely illustrated including 10 plates, index. The book is lightly shelfworn with some cracking to front hinge. A previous owner's inscription and stamps on the first blank page. (Humor, Humor).
