Spain: Ediciones Destino, 1969. The English translation of the title is My idolized son Sisi. Miguel Delibes (1920 - 2010) was a Spanish cartoonist, journalist, novelist and professor. Associated with Generation of '36 movement, Delibes has been awarded numerous literary honors including the National Prize for Spanish Literature and the Quijote Prize for Spanish Literature. He was also awarded the Medalla al Mérito en el Trabajo. Ediciones Destino; Spain; 1969 12mo size hardcover with dust jacket; 334 pages Text is in Spanish Ex-library with typical treatments; jacket is covered with mylar. Tanned transfer marks on endpapers from cello tape used to hold on jacket. Mylar cover has some wear. Front hinge is cracked. . Hard Cover. Good/Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Ex-Library.
