Dr. Friedman, unlike the stereotype has wonderfully legible handwriting. Pages 1 - 1198. There are light scratches on the covers from shelfwear and bottom covers are bumped. There is a fingermark on outside pages. Volume 2: Pages 1199-2300 Volume 2 is still shrinkwrapped, however, bottom back corner and head and heel of spine are bumped. There are activation codes and online access mentioned on the text which may no longer be active. These two volumes weigh over 15 pounds, boxed. There are no additional shipping charges if sent by US Media Mail. Extremely expensive to ship outside USA. . Signed by Author. 9th. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
