NY: Stringer and Townsend, 1851. Full-Leather. Very Good+. Beautiful set in two tones of black leather, one tone on boards and darker on spine and corners, Raised band spine, spine decorated and lettered in gold. Two volumes. Previous owner did the leather binding sometime in the 1800's. His name and the date 1854 appear on fep. His name is also embossed at the base of the spine. Some light wear to edges and corner and vol. 1 has some light staining to some page edges that appears to have occurred before the binding job. Maybe that was the reason for the rebind.

Baton Rouge: LSU, 1985. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. An excellent copy and jacket with very little wear. Contents clean and unmarked.

Cheyenne: Wyoming Writers Inc, 2000. First Edition . Soft cover. Very Good. A collection of writing from contest winners in 2000 held by wyoming writer to encourage emerging talent. 96 pages tan stiff paper covers.

Philadelphia: David McKay. Hardcover. Very Good. Eminent Artists. A very nice copy of this big thick book in brown cloth covers with black and gilt lettering and decoration. Very light wear for this old volume though it is not dated in appears to be late 1800's judging from binding and such. Nice looking book. too heavy for international shipping.

Westminster: A. Constable and Co., 1895. Hardcover. Good. A small text about 4 x 7 in. arber's english reprints, edited by Edward Arber, with illustrative documents, Covers are a little spotted up and loose with splits on inside hinges front and back.

laramie wy.: author, 1933. First Edition . Autographed Sheet. Very Good. This is a poem type written on a single sheet of paper. At the bottom is the author Wilson O. Clough a longtime professor at the university of wyoming and a wyoming author. Below the typed name he has signed with his full signature and the year 1933. Page now flat was previously folded and there is a hole at the top edge in the middle where it would appear that at one time it was pinned up.

Boston: Little Brown, 1952. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good+/Good. A very nice copy with a couple light spots of fade on spine at top edge where about an inch of spine of jacket is missing. There is also a chip missing from the jacket on the front bottom corner near spine also about an inch. Jacket has couple of other small chips on edges and a few small closed tears. Jacket corners are bit worn. Jacket is NOT price clipped and book states first ed. on copyright page.

Denver: Range Press, 1961. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good+/No Jacket as Issued. The doctor's annual book for 1961

NY: J. M. Dent and Sons, 1953. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Last date I can find in on copyright page states last reprinted 1953 repeated on back flap of jacket. Dark blue cloth in very good shape. Jacket is edgeworn with half inch of chipping on top spine end. Top edge of jacket is worn and creased and there is a two inch triangle missing from top edge of rear cover. No. 506 of everyman's library.

London: George Routledge and Sons, 1910. Third Rewritten . Boards. Very Good. Ex. lib with minimal marks, paper covered boards with black lettering, 6 volume set. Bibliographic lists in any category one could think of, all large heavy volumes. Light wear and a couple have loose bindings. Not for international shipping.

Boston: Christopher Pub., 1952. First . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good+. A very nice copy of an uncommon western fiction item. Appears to be leather in excellent shape, clean and tight. The jacket is also nice but does have a few small closed edge tears and small chips.

Paris: Gautier et Languereau Editeurs, 1924. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. Good copy in light blue covers with multi colored embossed decorative cover. "Bibliotheque de Suzette" on top edge front cover. Pages age toned yellow, front bottom corners mildly bumped and top of spine has small tear at front edge, top front corner is mildly creased. Gifted in 1926 on second front end page. I am trying to be through book really looks nice.

NY: Meredith Press, 1968. First American Edition . Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. Melrose. A very sharpe clean copy states first american edition on copyright page. Jacket is excellent and IS NOT clipped. An english family moves to australia.

A beautiful old book, marbled boards with leather spine and corners decorated with gold trim and lettering, 205 pages, tight and clean. light corner and edge wear on leather. yellow end pages and old name of previous owner in script on inside front cover. Book has a slight bow to it, very minor. rare edition of this great poets work.

Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1919. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. A good book with minimal wear and few finger smudges on cover. First front end page has browning glue residue at spine, don't know if this is pub. or long ago previous owner making a repair to a loose page.

Bloomington: Indiana University Press, 1971. First By This Pub. . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. An excellent copy, clean and tight in edge worn and spine faded jacket with light wear.

A full set of 8 volumes in light brown pigskin with darker leather corners and spine. raised band spine with gilt lettering and decorations on front and spine. Edge wear and light corner wear but really in much better shape than usually seen. no international shipping,

NY: Harper and Brothers, 1893. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Appears to be first, same date copyright and title pages with no other printings listed. Brick red cloth covers with gilt lettering and howells signature in gilt on bottom corner of front cover. A little corner wear a spine a bit darkened but not bad. Square corners. Pages clean. Front end paper has vintage presentation with date in 1893.

NY: Viking, 1964. Third . Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Jean Charlot. A very nice clean tight copy neatly signed to Rosemary with much affection and authors full name. Jacket is a bit edgeworn and has a tape repaired tear at front bottom edge and a inch chip missing top front corner.

Excellent copy in unclipped jacket with $2.95 price Jacket is a little worn on some spots and at corners and spine is lightly faded.
