A wonderful promotional pamphlet for the Hotel Harrisburger which was built by Ray S. Shoemaker in about 1930. Mr. Shoemaker also owned Goose Valley Farm which supplied much of the produce & dairy products for the hotel: "The rich Grade A Golden Guernsey Milk and Cream, along with the delicious vegetables served in the Harrisburger dining rooms, have brought such favorable comment that we would like to take you "behind the scenes" to the Harrisburger's 300 acre Goose Valley Farms."
