Contemporary full sheep, the spine in six compartments separated by raised bands, with a gilt-lettered maroon spine label in one compartment ESTC N44455. OCLC finds 9 copies under 4 accession numbers.
Binding rubbed & scuffed, joints & hinges cracked, gilt dull at spine label, ownership signatures of John G.C. Brainard & Rich. Hayes, Jr in old ink at front blanks, couple of leaves with short tears in the margins (text unaffected), several page corners turned, text tanned & foxed, a good or better copy.
