Coloniae Allobrogum [Genoa]: apud Iohannem Petrum Dupoirie, 1670. Hardcover. Very Good. [8], 502, [60] p.; 34 cm. Contemporary vellum spine and corners with marbled papers over boards. Leather spine label with gilt-tooled title "Scaccie de Sentetia." Woodcut title vignette of a crown; woodcut head-pieces and initials. Printed in columns. Sigismondo Scaccia (1564-1634), an Italian jurist, wrote several important works on financial law and criminal law. In Very Good Condition: loss from lower edge of spine label, without loss of title; boards are rubbed with resulting loss of paper, primarily along edges; foxing and minor staining; otherwise clean and tight.
