Recipes include: Dutch hustle cake; Queen Elizabeth cake; Moravian mints; brown butter balls; Welsh cookies; baked fruit pudding; apple scrapple dessert; Spanish cream; beef drumsticks; Joloff rice; shoo fly pie; Egyptian salad (neither Egyptian nor a salad); pickled shrimp; and sweet potato souffle. One contributor's name has been corrected in ink. Scarce. In Near Fine Condition: faded along spine and upper edge; clean and tight.
