This hard bound book is in good condition. There is the name and address of the original owner at the top of the front paste down page. There is also a 1/4"stain near the middle of the top of the back free page which appears to be leading from the grey stain along the top pages. All other pages are clean. The front and back boards do show fading along the edges. The spine shows fading along both left and right side edges. The tail of the spine is bumped. The dust jacket is dirty on the back side. There is cracking along the top and bottom edges of the front. There is a 1/2" by 1/4" piece missing on the spine of the jacket.
