This soft bound book is in fair condition. The pages are free of any marks. Page 23 has a 6" tear on the upper left hand corner. Several pages on the top back portion of the book as well as the upper front corner of the book have been creased. The binding is good and all pages are intact. The top right hand corner of the front board and the top left hand corner of the back board are creased. There is a 1/16" tear on the front lower left side of the board. There is a one inch tear on the lower right side of the spine and a 1/4" tear on the upper left side of the spine. There is a store label and price on the upper right hand side of the front board.
