There is soiling to the last five pages on the left bottom side approximately 1" long. The Other pages are clean and free of marks. There are three creases along the front lower board. There is a 3" crease in the middle top part of the back board and three small creases along the bottom of the back board. The spiral is intact and holding in all pages.
