This hard bound book is in good condition. There is writing on the free front page. All the pages are browned from age. The front two title pages have an one inch tear along the lower left hand side. The Other pages are intact. The binding is tight. The Boards are clean and neat. The spine is clean and neat. The dust jacket has multiple cracks along all the edges. There is a 1/4" by 1/4" piece missing on the upper left corner of the front of the dust jacket. There is also a 1/2" by 1/8" piece missing on the top left hand side of the spine of the dust jacket.
