Jacket is from a later reprint with imprint on spine of A. L. Burt & Co. Jacket with 1.5" closed tear at top spine front corner, mild wear to corners, spine darkened. There happens to be a curious second jacket inside the Burt jacket, brown paper printed in red, "From the Library of The Euclid Book Company, 1879 Euclid Avenue, AShberry 7952." The back of the jacket is printed: "The best books of all kinds, both new and used, sold and rented." Possibly evidence of a bookselling concern, in Berkeley, California or elswhere, circa 1933.
