Book and dust jacket are in Near Fine condition. Book has two "I support VFW" stickers, one on front pastedown and second on front endpaper. Pages otherwise clean and tight. Dust jacket has small scrape near the center top of jacket front, and one very small closed tear at bottom of jacket spine.

Book is in Very Good+ condition, with very light edgewear to cover, small oil mark on top edge corner of front flypaper. Pages otherwise clean and secure. Dust jacket is in Very Good condition, with bit of edgewear to jacket, mostly at spine ends.

Book is in Near Fine condition, with cover corners very lightly bumped. Dust jacket is in Near Fine condition, with minimal edgewear.

Book is in Fine condition, with no visible faults. Dust jacket is in Very Good+ condition, with bit of creasing to front bottom edge corner and a bit of wear to top edge corners, one very small tear near rear top edge corner.

Signed by author on half-title page. Book is in Fine condition, with no visible faults. Dust jacket is in Near Fine condition, with only fault and very small tear at top front edge corner. Pages clean and tight.

1995 Reprint. Book is in As New condition, with no visible faults. Dust jacket is in Near Fine condition, with very minor chips to front bottom edge corner, and rear spine corners. Now in Broadart dust jacket protector.

Book is in Good+ condition, with light page-tanning, and light edgewear. Dust jacket is in Fair condition, with several open tears around jacket edges, ~2" closed tear from bottom of jacket front towards the center.

Light shelfwear on both book and jacket.
