Originally issued bound in semi-stiff beige wrappers with over-wrappers. This copy presumed bound by original or early owner, Howard Young Gallery, in contemporary oxblood-colored half morocco, with crisp gilt-stamped lettering to the spine, and with oxblood-colored buckram boards.
