This book has all the earmarks of being a pre-publication proof copy, but it doesn't say anything about that. There is no copyright page, no table of contents, no date, no internal information. Page 1 is 'Brief Description', page 2 is the title page, page 3 is the half title page and page 4 the book begins 'Tokyo Gold'. The back cover is blank. Plus, it looks like it was written on a typewriter. I bought this book from the estate of Alisha Landry, the widow of Tom Landry. The book is bent back a little, but it looks unread. I've listed it in near fine condition.
