Terms of sale for Pangea

You may return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Returns due to our error will receive a full refund. No fault returns will be assessed cost of postage and a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns for items originating from other sources. Items that are not returned in their original condition are subject to a refused return or a maximum 50% refund if the item is in salable condition. Access codes/cards must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return. To ensure a timely refund, include a copy of your packing slip with your return.
