Dahle's Manual for Ice Cream Makers, published by Ice Cream Field, National Journal. The National Magazine of the Ice Cream Industry." The author served as an associate professor of dairy manufactures, Pennsylvania State College. This book was "designed principally for the small manufacturer, and the men in the mixing and freezing departmens of ice cream factories. It is written in simple language and is practically devoid of theory and technical terms." Rare to find a copy in this condition.

Few copies of this 1912 version are known to exist.
