Only clipping. From president from company or actual president? About aldous huxleys doors of perception and on it " advocating drugs" I dont know if this is from the actual president or if it is just from the president of some company handling the publication of the book. Nevertheless An important and rare clipping on drugs. Has two clippings on other side glued. That part has underlinings but not the one from president.

This Tolkien slander book in swedish is super scarce and is the most rare collectible swedish Tolkien book. Much scarcer then Hompen. Åke Ohlmarks who wrote the first ever swedish translations of the Lord of the rings were disliked by Tolkien. This might be the reason why he decided to write the book later. Here he makes outrages claims that tolkien communitys are involved in Ku-klux klan and even murder.

The book is ex-libris spine and boards have been rebound to book. Has wear and some loss at back-board. Has stamp on title-page and front-free endpage is missing. The binding is tight and pages fresh though. I feel that this book is so rare and probably not one where condition is considered as important. Never read like new in original box.

Book like new. dust-jacket has some small scuffs and some dust-damage.

No book only clippings. A big collection of newspaper clippings from 50s. All about drugs and mescaline etc. Many clippings from about the doors of perception. I believe all of these are from the 50s in relationsship to the publishing of the doors of perception by Aldous Huxley. Rare clippings. Some of them has been underlined.

There is no date but looks to be late 19- early 20th century. Beautiful half-leather binding. Text in french.
