Hardback, 1966, first edition, rare cover, published by Hurst & Blackett, 184 pages. No dust jacket but has pictorial boards and a laminate coating applied by the publisher. Seems to be a former library book and has remnants of what might be a library sticker as well as a stamp. Some shelf-wear to boards and bumped corners and a bit of a forward tilt to the book. Browning to page edges with a bit of foxing on the surface of the odd page. Page surfaces generally clean, the odd pen or pencil mark but no underlining, marginalia, etc. A decent copy. Description:
The Linguistic Relationship between Armenian and Greek by James Clackson [This work examines the evidence for a special relationship between Greek and Armenian within the Indo-European family.
