Group of gentleman, mostly West Australians seated at a banquet in London. The Western Australian flag with black swan emblem on wall at rear with Union Jack. Most likely a Foundation Day celebration with many Western Australians present. In attendance at the banquet were the following Western Australians: Claude de Bernales (Western Australian mining entrepreneur); Henry Urquhart (Associate of de Bernales in Wiluna Gold Mines Ltd); John Collings Willcock (Deputy Premier of Western Australia, became Premier in August 1936); Also former Australian Prime Minister Stanley Bruce (High Commissioner to the UK (1933-1946) and a member of the Empire Coronation Committee during 1936-37, Bruce was former Prime Minister of Australia). This is the second issue published same year as the first edition and only six months before the author's death. Apparently a one-off, not formally published, bound collection. One printed poem to each page. The presentation inscription is to Mrs (May) O'Brien, who was the first female Aboriginal teacher in Western Australia and later was appointed Superintendent of Aboriginal Education. Wraps.

Describes the establishment and development of Fairbridge Farm School, near Pinjarra in the south-west. The school was begun by Kingsley Fairbridge and his wife Ruby Fairbridge and opened in 1912.
