The facing pages to each poem have color illustrations by Ida Bohatta-Morpurgo, which are quite charming, filled with children, cherubs, and garden scenes. The binding is damaged and taped in the front gutter; some pages seem about to come loose but are all present and hanging together; page block is coming loose from binding. General edgewear, age-tonging, and expected soil to pictorial covers. 31 pp.

Front board a little bowed, boards showing edgewear, worn at corners, some exterior moisture damage and rubbing. Pages are clean and free from damage, just lightly age-toned toward the edges. A stunning set of maps from unique perspectives that "emphasize the geographical basis of world strategy" (editors' introduction). Scarce. 67 pp with index of world locations listing longitude and latitude. Oversized.
