Lettering is dark blue, dust jacket is blue with dark blue writing. Book has no publishing date, but appears to be a first edition. Beautiful color and black and white illustrations by Rountree. DJ is torn in several places and discolored. Book has bumped corners and bumped on the top and bottom of spine. Otherwise a lovely copy.

Green, black, red and white covers with a picture of the house. Covers have some shop wear and the spine is faded. The interior is clean and bright with no markings. The binding is tight, spine unbroken. "The honeycomb Hanna house is a milestone in Frank Lloyd Wright's career and one of the acknowledged masterworks of 20th century architecture.

Dust jacket is in good shape with a little soiling, price sticker on back from bookstore. First 15 pages have a slight ripple, otherwise a clean and lovely book.

"This study of birds and poets is divided into twelve chapters one for each month of the year, beginning with April, the opening of the birds' year.
