Clean, tight book but for modest edgewear. No jacket, as issued. The Book Farm New Braunfels Nd (1950) Hardback Cloth 8vo. 402 pp. Index. Illustrated. 50 pages of ads in rear with its own index. Volume one only. Facsimile of the 1865 edition. Gray cloth, gilt spine and front board. County by county guide to brands with illustrations. While these reproduced reasonably well, the frontispiece and rear engraving and the graphics in the ads reproduced very poorly. This was Warren Roberts' copy with his ink name and bookplate front endpaper. Roberts was director of the Ransom Center at the University of Texas.

Edited by Susie Bright. Plain View Austin 1984 Limited edition of 200 copies. A signature is called for on the limitation page but this copy has none. Clean, tight copy in pirnted, stapled wraps.

Clean, sound copy but for a few small stains to the endpapers. Leaves unopened. Creole Texana Austin 1949 1st Edition Hardback Cloth 8vo. xii, 67, (1) pp. Green cloth, gilt title spine and front board. Issued without jacket. Illustrated by Jose Cisneros and Van Dorn Hooker, Jr. Designed by Carl Hertzog who inscribed and signed the book on the colophon leaf. Also signed by Cisneros on the title page. Copies signed by these two are uncommon.

Harcourt New York 1951 1st Edition Hardcover Book is clean and solid vut for small ink stamp front endpaper. Dustjacket shows light wear and soiling, 1/2 x 1 piece missing from front panel at crown.
