Many reprints of this exist, but this is the first real edition I've ever seen (printed 1892). Unfortunate tear to front cover & some poor fool used library repair (clear) tape to the binding to keep the cover pages attached to the rest of the pamphlet. Otherwise, this is in good condition, readable, and all pages intact. No signs of spotting or discoloration at all. A really rare find.

Inside the front cover there is an old bookstore stamp. Other than the age-related yellowing to be expected in books of this vintage, the pages look great.
