Scarce.~ Near Fine condition inside and out / Dust Jacket Very Good (minor wear, receipt? taped to one inside flap will easily pull off) / Slipcase Good (light soiling and wear).

Scarce.~ In Very Good condition with bumped corners, final plates facing pages 150 and 151 partially detached at the bottom, interior pristine / Dust Jacket is in Poor condition, largely present but worn and in two pieces.
