The book is in really good condition. The spine is a little discolored (Looks like it was facing the sun). The rest of the cover, besides the corners, are really well maintained. Some creasing on the pages. The only visible writing observed is on the inside cover and it is just the names of previous owners.

There seems to be scuff marks on the back cover. The top outside corner pages are smudged with a black stain (looks like ink) however, these stains do not cover over or intrude upon the text itself. The only writing visible is on the front inside cover. It is the stamp of the previous owner's name.
