The staples are rusted, wearing through a couple of the first and the last pages near the staples. Binding is solid overall. Foxing to covers, first few, and last few pages. B/w illustrations to text, which is clean with just a few spots of foxing. A study and climbing journal of Mount Angeles in Washington State.
