Folding card 210 x 260 mm (a few light marks, tiny amount of insect damage at front top corner), front with the crest of the Bank of New South Wales at centre, original ribbon ties; [3] pp, the first two with text in blue and the third with colour allegorical illustration of Sydney past and present, transparent interleaving with printed text designed to be placed over the illustration to aid in identifying locations and events in the image; contents very fine. Scarce and attractive souvenir of the sesquicentenary of British settlement.

Secretary John Macdonald; complete and well preserved. Around the time of the demise of the St. Andrew's Society of New South Wales, which had become defunct by the end of 1875, two other organisations dedicated to the fostering of Scottish culture in the colony were established in Sydney. Lonerism, the band's second studio album, reached platinum status and was nominated for a Grammy Award. This collectable tour poster was only available for sale at the Australian gigs (acquired by Douglas Stewart Fine Books at the Forum Theatre, Melbourne, December 5 2012).
